This base fare includes the first 3.80 kilometers of your trip. For any distance you travel beyond 3.80 kilometers, the charge is AED 1.82 for each additional kilometer.

If your journey involves waiting time, there is a charge of AED 30.00 per hour for waiting, no matter whether it is day or night. This fee covers any period the taxi is stationary at your request, for example while waiting at a stop.

An extra charge applies for trips originating from Abu Dhabi Airport. The additional fee is AED 15.00 for small vehicles and AED 20.00 for large vehicles. This surcharge is added to the total fare calculated by distance and waiting time as set by the Abu Dhabi taxi tariff.
